We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our human resources initiatives and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who is people-focused, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, background checks, and new hire orientation
- Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment
- Maintain and update employee records in Company Cloud Server
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Assist with payroll, employee relations, and workplace investigations as needed
- Coordinate training sessions and HR-related events
- Collaborate with managers to support workforce planning and organizational changes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field/ or SHRM Certified.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar HR role
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Coastal Payroll, ADP, BambooHR, etc.)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
