Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our human resources initiatives and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who is people-focused, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, background checks, and new hire orientation

  • Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment

  • Maintain and update employee records in Company Cloud Server 

  • Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies

  • Assist with payroll, employee relations, and workplace investigations as needed

  • Coordinate training sessions and HR-related events

  • Collaborate with managers to support workforce planning and organizational changes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field/ or SHRM Certified. 

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar HR role

  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Coastal Payroll, ADP, BambooHR, etc.)

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus

Compensation: $68,640.00 - $70,000.00 per year
